PowerSchool Parent Portal

Monroe-Woodbury  School  District  has implemented a new Student Management System which includes a new parent portal. 

The link for the parent portal is posted on the district home page under MW QUICK LINKS on the left hand side of our district homepage.

In preparation of the opening of the parent portal each parent will need to obtain their student(s) Access ID and password. 

If you have a login and password to the previous parent portal (ParentConnect), please email psadmin@mw.k12.ny.us  requesting your student(s) Access ID and password. 

Please include in this email:

• Your ParentConnect user name and password
• Student(s) name
• Student(s) date of birth

Upon verification of this information, you will receive your student(s) Access ID and password via email.

PowerSchool Parent Portal access information will be available on school days 

• At the MW Computer Center (adjacent to Sapphire Elementary School on Harriman Heights Road) from 7:30am to 3:30pm 

and

• In the High School attendance office from 7:30am to 2:15pm

Please Note: You will need proper photo identification (driver's license, passport).

If you wish to have a paper copy mailed to you, please email us at powerschool@mw.k12.ny.us with your request or call 460-6600 to make your request to Opt in.
