ParentPortal Instructions

PowerSchool Parent Portal

Monroe-Woodbury  School  District  has implemented a new Student Management System which includes a new parent portal. 

The link for the parent portal is posted on the district home page under MW QUICK LINKS on the left hand side of our district homepage.

In preparation of the opening of the parent portal each parent will need to obtain their student(s) Access ID and password. 

PowerSchool Parent Portal access information will be available on school days

  • Go to any school building and ask to register for Parent Portal in the Main Office
  • Parent Portal sign-up is always available at Orientation and Open House meetings
  • Please Note: You will need proper photo identification (driver's license, passport).

Sign-up is also available at the Computer Center next door to Sapphire Elementary between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm on school days.

      New Updates have been made to Power Announcement!

      Power Announcement allows parents to decide how they wish to receive automated messages from the school district for school closings, emergency notification as well as general announcements.
