Important Notes About Poster Project: All work is to be that of the individual student. When using downloaded pictures and facts cite the Internet source in your notes!! If, at any point, you feel you are behind in this timeline of due dates, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILILTY to come in before school or stay after school. Prior arrangements to come in before school must be made in advance with Ms. McIntyre!
This project will count as a 40% project/test score in both ELA and social studies for the 4th quarter!!
NEATNESS AND CREATIVITY COUNT!! Your project should be neat, colorful and appealing to the eye. The facts should be informative and interesting. If you make any type of WordArt signs or print pictures for your poster, remember the size may have to be a bit larger to look right on the poster.
Only the research and fact gathering will be done in school (and at home too!), poster assembly will be done independently at home. If this is a problem see Ms. McIntyre immediately! May 6 and 7 computer lab research periods! Your writing must be spell-checked and proofread! Spelling and grammar count too!
