  • Scope of project finalized
  • Preliminary cost estimates formulated
  • Letter of Intent sent to NYSED
  • BOE approves resolution for a special meeting/voter proposition
  • District representatives meet with community members and district families to discuss details of project and answer questions
  • District residents to receive informational brochure with highlights of the project
  • October 23, 2018 – district vote to determine if school district will be allowed to use capital reserve funds to pay for capital improvements

Late October 2018 – Late January 2019

  • NYSED submission and approval of plans

Late January 2019 – April 2019

  • Contract bidding and award

May 2019 – August 2019

  • Construction – turf fields

July – early September 2019

  • Construction – HVAC upgrades and roofing
