Dear Monroe-Woodbury community,

At the Board of Education meeting on November 16, Patrick Cahill, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Management Services, provided an overview of the proposed Capital Improvement Program. His presentation addressed the scope of work as well as the financial aspects of the district’s proposal to make overdue improvements in our schools and other buildings.

Look for an informational brochure with further details to be delivered to your mailbox in the next few days. The district will host a Crusader Chat at the High School on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend in person or to view the Chat on livestream: https://events.locallive.tv/events/93047

Please send questions using the Capital Program Question Submission Form for district leaders to answer during the Chat.

The vote on the Proposed Capital Improvement Program will be held at the Education Center on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. For details, please visit the Proposed Capital Improvement pages on the district website.

I wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving.
