Elementary Trimester Report Cards

As of December 2019, the district began posting elementary student report cards only on the Parent Portal as a standard practice to ensure student confidentiality. This step was originally planned for Third Trimester Report Cards in June 2019 but was delayed until December to give parents an opportunity to create their Parent Portal accounts at school orientations and Open Houses in the fall.

How to view the Elementary Trimester Report Cards

Step 1: Create a Parent Portal account

Instructions are provided on the Parent Portal page. Please note that creating a Parent Portal requires a visit to the school Main Office with photo identification demonstrating residency in the district.

Step 2: Open Parent Portal

On a desktop computer or laptop, log in to the Parent Portal.

The Parent Portal can be launched from the district website under Quick Links: https://www.mw.k12.ny.us/, or by using the following direct link:  https://mw.powerschool.com/public/home.html.

After logging in to your Parent Portal with the username and password you created, select SwiftReach SwiftK12 from the left side Navigation menu.

Step 3: Locating the Report Card

Look for the student name in the blue menu bard across the top of the screen.

If you have more than one student attending M-W schools, each student’s name will appear as tabs in the blue menu bar across the top of the screen.

All documents, files and recent alerts will appear appear under their appropriate category. Each student’s Report Card will appear under the “Documents & Files” category.

Step 4: Save the Report Card to your computer.

Report Cards will be posted for only 30 days under the “Documents & Files” category. Therefore, if you want a permanent copy, please download and save the report card on your computer and print if you prefer.

The best way to view the report card is on a computer rather than a phone. If using an iPhone, the automatic browser, Safari, requires several steps before it will work. See the tips below.
