5 A Day The Color Way means good health

Red Ribbon Week celebrates healthy bodies and minds. Thanks to the PTA, Central Valley welcomed Brian Richards and the bFit Assembly. There was a lot of amazing magic along with laughter and cheering as Mr. Brian explained Five A Day The Color Way. Five A Day means eating five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. The Color Way means that the color of vegetables and fruits tells you they are especially good for different parts of your body. Who knew vegetables and fruits were color coded?
