Smith Clove Elementary School strives to create a safe, warm and inviting learning environment where every student and staff member is valued and respected. Smith Clove maintains an open door policy and welcomes parent and family involvement, and take pride in meeting the social emotional, academic and physical needs of all students. Smith Clove administrators and staff share mutual goals to support students in providing a high caliber education and delivering instruction prescriptive to each student’s particular learning style and pace of learning. Smith Clove embraces all our students and celebrates their uniqueness and the life events that help create who they are.

In understanding the developmental stages of young learners, Smith Clove plans activities, assemblies and curriculum that spark students’ curiosity, quest for knowledge and love of learning. The school resonates with student and staff laughter as well as acts of kindness and care. The hallways are decorated with students’ beautiful artwork and musical voices can be heard throughout the building.

The ultimate goal at Smith Clove Elementary School is to help each student achieve at their highest level, while developing their resiliency and compassion.
