Strategic Plan report outlines goals, outcomes

on November 13, 2018

During the 2017-2018 school year, the Monroe-Woodbury Central School District embarked upon a strategic planning process, which identified long- and short-term goals for the district based on findings from an anonymous survey completed by more than 6,000 district stakeholders. The district identified the following focus areas, as a result of feedback from the M-W school community:

  • Curriculum & Instruction
  • Student Engagement
  • Social/Emotional Wellness
  • Communications

Students, staff, administrators and community members have been working to compile data, conduct research, formulate plans and begin implementation of recommendations made in the strategic plan report.

Please take some time to review the strategic plan overview.  Superintendent Elsie Rodriguez will provide periodic updates during upcoming board meetings. We welcome your comments and questions at [email protected]
