Dear Members of the Monroe-Woodbury Community:

As we continue to prepare for our reopening, I want to thank you for your continued patience and support. As you know, this summer we were able to open up our outdoor facilities for community use. We have had several organizations take advantage of this opportunity and we look forward to more of the same come fall. Seeing students out on the fields each night certainly does wonders for school and community morale during these difficult times.

Although our district’s outdoor facilities will be available for use, permits will NOT be issued for indoor facilities this fall. Limiting visitors to our buildings is necessary at this time and will help to ensure the health and safety of our students, staff, and community members. We will continue to monitor guidance provided by the state and our local Department of Health regarding COVID-19.

Our facility scheduler will be open for fall requests on Friday, August 21st. You may only make requests for September and October. Requests beyond that will not be considered at this time. Please make sure your organization’s insurance is current and meets district requirements. This link to our district website will assist you with the process of requesting field use.
