The Middle School Art Club kicked off the school year with a fun fall project right before Thanksgiving break. Students followed a cool online tutorial, “How to Draw Pumpkin Pie” by B. Thiele, pausing along the way so everyone could add their own creative twist.
New club advisor, Ms. Kirschenheiter, shared these words with the young artists: Be inspired by a project, then make it your own! 🎨
Students practiced blending, shading, and adding texture—and their finished pieces were amazing. The best part? Ms. Kirschenheiter surprised them with real pumpkin pie while they worked! For many, it was their first taste… and then they asked for seconds.😋🖌🧑🏻🎨
