Dear 5th Grade Families,
I am writing to inform you that due to the rain being forecasted for tomorrow, the 5th Grade Moving Up Ceremony is being rescheduled for tomorrow evening.
We will follow our rain date plan and hold the ceremony on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m at Monroe-Woodbury High School, 155 Dunderberg Road, Central Valley, NY 10917. Parking passes will NOT be needed at the high school.
Select chorus students should arrive by 5:30 p.m. All other 5th grade students should arrive no later than 5:45 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Students will sit with their class in the front rows. Staff will be on hand to direct students if needed. Parents/Guardians are advised to leave ample time for traveling to the high school.
I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we adjust to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for our students and families. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow evening as we celebrate this exciting milestone!
