The Orange County Arts Council hosted its annual “Art Builds Confidence Showcase” on Saturday, February 10 at The Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown. The event featured an exhibit of Orange County High School student artwork, a digital display of elementary and middle school artwork, and performances by the high school theater groups. Fashion as a new category was added to the showcase this year.
