The M-W School Board and search consultants, District Wise Search Consultants (DWSC), are interested in community input as they seek to find a new Superintendent of Schools. Members of the M-W community are encouraged to contribute recommendations regarding characteristics and qualifications to be included in the creation of a "profile" for the next Superintendent via an anonymous online survey. The survey is conducted by DWSC, which ensures that all individual responses are kept anonymous and confidential.
