Monroe-Woodbury High School soon-to-be graduates Veronica Wolnicki and Kanggun Lee were among the Class of 2025 honorees at the annual Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association (OCIAA) Senior Scholar-Athlete celebration on June 12, 2025.
Veronica Wolnicki
Wolnicki is Valedictorian for the MWHS Class of 2025 and is a member of the Cross Country, Indoor Track & Field and Outdoor Track & Field teams. She will be studying mathematics at Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.
Athletic Honors:
Indoor Track: Section Champion 2024 1500m Racewalk, 11 place State Finisher 1500m Racewalk, Nationals Qualifier 1500m Racewalk
Outdoor Track: Penn Relays 5000m Racewalk, Nationals Qualifier 1500m Racewalk

Kanggun Lee
Lee is a member of the Boys Varsity Tennis Team. He will be attending Carnegie Mellon University/Tepper School of Business in Pittsburgh, PA, and will be studying business administration.
