Meet the MWHS technology Help Desk student staffers! The Help Desk opened for business on November 29, 2021, to troubleshoot student technical issues and help place Chromebook repair claims with an outside repair service. By the Fall of 2022, the decision was made to bring the Chromebook repairs in-house to gain more control over the process.
All Chromebooks needing repairs from Central Valley Elementary, North Main Elementary, Pine Tree Elementary, the Middle School, and the High School are collected from the schools each day and brought to the High School to be repaired at the Help Desk. These dedicated students help their peers by fixing everything from broken screens to dealing with Wi-Fi issues in the MWHS library.
The Help Desk has made a profound impact on the district, thanks to these students. Way to go!! 👏💜
