Rosalie Jonas inspiring woman image

We have met several amazing women who spend their days in our school district, supporting our students with warmth, encouragement and caring. The district received a letter from a family (and an entire neighborhood) sharing about their child's wonderful bus driver, Rosalie Jonas.

I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude and appreciation for our kids' Bus Driver Mrs. Rosalie. The Moms could not be more grateful or appreciative of her as our kids' Bus Driver. Mrs. Rosalie does an exceptional job every day. Our kids respect her, but most importantly, love her and look forward to seeing her each day. Her time management is impeccable, rain, shine or snow, she is always on time. There has not been a day that she is not smiling as she greets the parents and all the children by name. An extra added bonus is that she always knows who left what behind. My husband, who is a retired NYC Detective, was against sending his only child on the bus to school and even followed the bus the first few days, is now so comfortable and confident in the amazing job that Mrs. Rosalie does. She makes all the Moms & Dads feel confident that our children are safe and well cared for, to and from school. The entire community of Woodbury-Monroe School District should feel equally as privileged to have an outstanding, beyond exceptional employee like Ms. Rosalie.
