The Monroe-Woodbury Board of Education will hold two separate meetings on April 20 and 21, both at 5:00 pm in the meeting room at the Education Center, 278 Route 32 in Central Valley, NY and will also be livestreamed.
The first Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 20 will include the Superintendent's 2022-2023 Budget Recommendation to the Board of Education.
The agenda for Thursday, April 21 includes the 2022-2023 Budget Adoption by the Board of Education, the BOCES Budget Vote and Monroe-Woodbury Probationary Staff Reviews. The date for this meeting is determined by BOCES due to the vote required on that budget for the coming school year.
Both meetings will be held in person and are open to the public. Pending any change in Department of Health guidance related to schools, anyone planning to attend is asked to notify Acting District Clerk, Lisa Suden by email ([email protected]) or phone (845-460-6203) by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 19. Masks are optional in school buildings.
Please note that there is no Public Comment period during Special Meetings. Agendas for both meetings will be available on the district’s BoardDocs site.
