REMINDER - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14 IS NOT JUST VALENTINE'S DAY - IT IS ALSO "M-W WEARS RED FOR HEART HEALTH" DAY!

We wrap up National Counselor Week shining the spotlight on our wonderful High School Counseling Team. Thank you for all you do for our high school students.
Read more about why the members of this outstanding team love what they do on the district website: https://www.mw.k12.ny.us/. You can start by reading a piece of their advice to high school students:
Worry less about what you THINK everyone else thinks and spend that energy focusing on finding out what you love. Then pursue it with all of your heart!
It gets better….we promise! High school is tough and you can do it. Just take one step at a time.
Thank you!

MWHS Interact participated in Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney's annual “Valentines for Veterans” program. Schools, community organizations and individuals, throughout the 18th Congressional District, participated by creating Valentine’s Day greeting cards that will be distributed to local veterans.

RESCHEDULED: On Monday, February 14, the M-W community will wear red in support of cardiovascular health and to help raise awareness about heart disease. February is American Heart Month - a wonderful opportunity to focus on ways to promote and maintain heart health. #mwwearsred
