This adult-only event is designed to help families "find technology’s place by promoting mindful living, and kind and careful online communication." She will share strategies helping parents navigate this ever-changing technological world, by addressing the importance of digital well-being. Don't miss this important event!

Monroe-Woodbury Middle School ONLY will be closed to students and staff today, Thursday, May 9, due to a sewer backup. Crews are working to rectify the issue and conduct clean up. The National Junior Honor Society Induction Ceremony will be rescheduled.

The much-anticipated annual District Art Show, featuring Senior Art Major portfolios, kicks off on Friday, May 3, with the Opening Reception from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at MWHS. Don't miss the ever- popular Empty Bowls at 5:30 p.m. For a $10 donation, visitors can take home a beautiful bowl handcrafted by students. All proceeds will benefit a local food pantry.

MWMS sixth grade students attended a Birds of Prey assembly to highlight the concepts from their ecology unit. Students saw predatory birds like owls, hawks and falcons and learned about the birds' adaptations that made them best suited for their environment. Students also learned about their importance and niche. There was an emphasis on what students can do to help protect these organisms. What a great learning experience for our sixth graders!🪶🦉😀
