Similar to last year, Monroe-Woodbury will be participating in our classrooms, as well as encouraging students and family members to share their storytelling images from home via social media with the hashtag #mw2023wrad. Families may also email photos, including students' names, grades and schools, to communications@mw.k12.ny.us.
For 13 years, WORLD READ ALOUD DAY has called attention to the importance of sharing stories by challenging participants to grab a book, find an audience, and read-aloud. We cannot wait to see what our M-W families are reading!
