For all that you do each day to help keep our M-W school family healthy, happy and safe, we THANK YOU!👩⚕️🩺🌟💜

Congratulations to MWHS Student-Athlete Elaina Wood for your impressive accomplishments on and off the field! You truly embody the characteristics of a Monroe-Woodbury Crusader.
Elaina is a second year starter for the Girl’s Flag Football team. Elaina currently maintains a 93 average, challenging herself with honors and AP courses. As a member of the team, Elaina’s primary position is a defensive rusher. As of the end of April, Elaina registered 42 tackles with a handful of them being QB sacks. According to Coach Elaine Schellberg:
“Elaina is a true Crusader. She is “locked in” in the classroom and on the athletic field. Besides striving to be her personal best, she pushes and supports her classmates and teammates to do the same”.
The Student Spotlight recognizes one student-athlete each week who truly represents #crusaderpride. Way to go, Elaina!

As a welcoming gesture, seniors presented Crusader baseball hats to the modified players, a welcoming gesture. Senior members then spent time with the younger players, sharing the significance of wearing a Crusader ball cap. Another tradition that supports #crusaderpride. 🧢⚾️🙌
